A proposed 12-month retention offer exceeds the delegated threshold.
RelayCX connects customer signals to enterprise context and approved actions. Every handoff has a reason, an owner, and a visible control point.
Detect intent, urgency, sentiment, and business context across the signals in scope.
Read and write only what the workflow needs, using the connections and permissions agreed in the SOW.
Route sensitive, low-confidence, or irreversible actions to the right human with the supporting context attached.
Start with one narrow, measurable relay. Expand after quality, permissions, ownership, and ROI are proven.
RelayCX connects account intent, CRM context, and approved outreach so reps can move quickly without losing judgment.
Expansion intent rises across product and support touchpoints
Build account brief, enrich stakeholders, draft next step

RelayCX is delivered with your team, not switched on from a generic signup page.
Clarify the customer journey, the operational breakpoints, and who owns the result.
Each gate must be agreed before the next handoff.
Use a conservative baseline to frame discovery. The SOW validates actual volume, automation boundaries, quality gates, and economics.
This is not a savings guarantee or price quote. It is a starting point for scenario and ROI validation.
Validate this scenarioEvery production scope begins with access, action, approval, and evidence requirements—not a blank permission check.
Review the security modelA dedicated customer tenant is provisioned after the SOW.
Systems and actions are limited to the approved workflow scope.
Business thresholds determine which actions require review.
Runs preserve the context, action, approval, and outcome needed for review.
Customer administrators invite approved employees; public signup is unavailable.
Retention, residency, security, and compliance obligations are confirmed in diligence.
This site describes RelayCX’s proposed delivery and control model. It does not represent that RelayCX currently holds any particular third-party certification. Contractual requirements must be verified and documented before production use.
Need a requirement covered in the SOW?
hello@relaycx.aiNo. RelayCX uses a sales-led delivery model. After discovery, SOW, tenant provisioning, integration, and a controlled pilot, your customer administrator invites approved employees.
Planning ranges are published on our Pricing page. A governed pilot starts at $15,000, and a production workspace starts at $6,000 per month plus agreed usage and third-party costs. The signed SOW sets the final scope and price.
The discovery phase identifies the systems required for the chosen use case—such as CRM, help desk, billing, knowledge, messaging, or internal tools. Only approved integrations and permissions are included in the SOW.
Approval points are designed around business risk. Examples include pricing, credits, external commitments, sensitive records, destructive changes, and low-confidence decisions. Thresholds and owners are agreed before the pilot.
No. The site describes intended deployment controls, not third-party certification. Any contractual security, privacy, residency, audit, or compliance requirement must be confirmed during diligence and written into the applicable agreement.
Bring a customer journey, an operational bottleneck, and the systems involved. We’ll help shape the scenario, ROI, permissions, and approval model.
